Well, if there's one thing nature knows how to do, it's to amaze me. And out of all the animals out there, the one that really blows my mind is the pufferfish. This guy doesn't attack anyone, doesn't want to cause any harm. He just swims around, goes about his business, eats, digs, swims some more, and doesn't bother anyone. He seems harmless. And he also seems delicious. That's why a lot of predators see him as an easy snack. But as soon as they try to get close, something unimaginable happens. The fish puffs up suddenly, almost like he's going to burst, and his surface fills up with venomous spines that contain one of the deadliest neurotoxins in nature. If you even try to take a bite, you'll get hit with a dose of poison that won't kill you. However, it will make you pretty darn sick for a while. And you'll definitely think twice before coming back for more. Sometimes, I wish I could be a little bit like a pufferfish. Just living my life, going about my business, without bothering anyone, but if anyone gets too close...boom! I'd puff up and unleash my venomous spines. Ah, what a beautiful solitude that would be.
